After a stint at Kirshenbaum Bond and Partners, Phil was recruited by Fallon New York as Director of Account Services, and moved within Fallon to become Managing Director of Duffy New York, the design division. Then, already having been lured south by Muzak as Chief Creative Officer, it was the chance meeting mentioned above that led to Boone Oakley and Charlotte.
