The goal of Downtown ArtSeen Norfolk is to create a wider audience for the unique vitality of the artists and venues of Downtown Norfolk. The ArtSeen stroll promotes interest in the arts by increasing accessibility, thereby strengthening the arts community in Norfolk. We invite artists, groups, galleries and businesses to be a part of this quarterly cultural event. We also welcome sponsorship from local businesses and patrons of the arts.
